Bill Gates Is Back At It Again
Here we go again. Bill Gates just cannot stop messing with our food. Now a company he is backing called Savor is making “butter” from thin air. Literally. They take carbon dioxide and hydrogen and turn it into some lab paste they claim tastes like butter (fdiforum.net). They say it is good for the planet. I say it is another excuse for billionaires to control what we eat.
This is not about helping the environment or saving cows. This is about power. Gates has already bought up massive amounts of farmland. Now he is skipping the farm altogether. He wants your food made in a factory he owns or controls. If you think this is just a cute side project, you have not been paying attention.
We have watched this game before. They come in with some new “solution” nobody asked for. They market it as the future. Then slowly the old way of doing things is pushed out of existence. Real farmers lose their land, prices go up, and your choices shrink to whatever corporate elites allow you to have.
From Cow to Chemistry Set
For all of human history butter came from one thing — cream. Cream from a cow, churned into something real, something honest, something that actually came from the land. Now we are supposed to clap like seals because a billionaire can turn air into “food.” The arrogance is off the charts.

Heal our planet? Please. What this really means is “take away the food system you grew up with and replace it with one we control from top to bottom.” Once the process is in a handful of labs, all it takes is one regulation or one “shortage” and suddenly your access to basic food depends on the same type of people who tried to lock you in your home for years.
They are already testing products with their carbon butter like chocolates for the holidays (illuminem.com). This is how it starts. They wrap it in something fun so you do not think about where it leads.
Killing the Family Farm
The real target here is not cows. It is farmers. If they can replace everything the farm produces with some lab goop, what reason is there to keep the farm alive? When the average American no longer has any connection to how food is made, they will never notice when the last dairy barn shuts its doors.
Once farmers are out of the picture, who is left to compete with these tech-funded factories? Nobody. That is the plan. Replace thousands of small producers with a few mega-facilities, and control every bite of food from the top down.
They will tell you it is about efficiency. They will say it is about saving water or land. But anyone with common sense knows that once a billionaire owns the food source, he owns the people.
Efficiency Is Just a Cover Story

They know most people will go along with it if they sell it as “good for the environment.” But this is not about the planet. This is about who has the final say in what goes on your plate.
What Comes Next
If this succeeds, it will not stop with butter. It never does. First it will be butter. Then milk. Then cheese. Then meat. Each time they will say the same thing — it is for your health, for the climate, for progress. Before you know it, the grocery store will be full of fake everything, and the real stuff will be either illegal or so expensive you cannot afford it.
The scariest part is how fast people get used to it. Remember when “meatless burgers” were a joke? Now they are in every fast food chain. All it takes is a little marketing and some paid-off “experts” on TV and suddenly people think eating something made in a lab is totally normal.
The only way to stop this is to not play along. Buy real butter. Support local farmers. And push back on politicians who want to shove this garbage down our throats.
The Bottom Line
This is not progress. This is a slow-motion takeover of the food supply. Bill Gates and his buddies want a future where every calorie you consume comes from a facility they own, run, and profit from. And if you complain? Too bad. There will be no alternative.
We can still fight it now by refusing to buy into the hype. We can vote with our wallets and keep real food alive. But if we sit back and do nothing, one day soon “butter” will not come from a cow. It will come from a factory owned by a billionaire who thinks he knows better than you.
That is not a future worth accepting.
